I have a Bulging Disc at C4-C5. See an orthopedic doc tomorrow. Any ideas?
what the treatment options that can offer? Someone has have an opinion? Obviously I'm going to that account, I wonder if anyone here had any previous experience. Thank you. I've had physical therapy. Now he wants make an EMG. He says he does not believe his diagnosis can be complete without the MRI and EMG results next to each other. Please help! I'm really scared.
Wouldnt really no risk guesswork out of treatment, but I can tell you this. It may be due to an injury or degenerative arthritis. Your ortho will know what to do after taking x-rays and make your exam. Sometimes these things can be addressed through a pain clinic and sometimes surgical intervention is necessary. The surgery is performed through the neck (throat area), but not always successful. Discuss your options with an experienced board-certified ortho doc and if necessary, get a second opinion. Any MD worth his salt, even recommended. Good luck
